Notice of Funding Availability / Emergency Services Baltimore Homeless Services, Inc. is soliciting applications to expand emergency services for people who are homeless in Baltimore City. BHS is requesting applications for the creation of a permanent winter shelter, an emergency shelter for 40 homeless men that will be operational year round, and a drop-in center for homeless single adults, men and women that will be operational year round. Applicant must be a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization or have proof of non-profit status by the time of the award announcement and be in good standing with the State of Maryland.
