The Local Care Team (LCT) is for families with children, ages 0-21 years old, with intensive needs. LCT representatives, from local child serving agencies, will provide information about services and supports that might meet individual family needs. A referral form can be completed on the Family League of Baltimore's website, www.flbcinc.org under Family Resources.
